Mahamaya Steel Industries Limited (MSIL) founded in 1988, is a public Limited Company incorporated under Companies Act 1956. It is engaged in running a heavy steel structural mill, Steel Melting Shop and Gas plant at Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
MSIL is a pioneer in heavy steel structure. The product of the Company is used in infrastructure related projects such as Railway, Power plant, dams, bridges etc. The present installed capacity of S.S.Mill is 2,05,500 MTPA, Steel Melting Shop is 2,00,000 TPA and Gas Plant is 9,00,000 Cubic Meter.
The Company has been promoted by Shri Ramanand Agrawal and his family members. Agrawal family is a well-known industrialist family from Raipur. The Company came out with a public issue in the year 1994 which was oversubscribed. MSIL is a profit making and dividend paying Company.
